2nd Saturdays at The Artsway
Watch local artists at work!
The Caroline County Council of Arts sponsors 2nd Saturdays at The Artsway, a new series providing the public with an opportunity to watch local artists demonstrate their talents across an array of mediums. From plein air to pumpkin painting, basketweaving to jewelry making, there is always something beautiful going on at The Artsway, on the second Saturday of every month, from 2-4pm. Located at 4th Street, between Gay and Market Streets in Denton, all events are open to the public, free of charge, and often encourage audience participation. So be a part of the arts in Caroline...join us for 2nd Saturdays!

Paper Doll Making Activity

Saturday, July 12, 2-4pm, the Caroline County Council of Arts (CCCA) will host a paper doll making activity with Amy Jacocks at the Fiber Arts Center of the Eastern Shore, as part of the “Second Saturday” series offered at the Denton Artsway in downtown Denton. The event is free and open to the public.
The Artsway is located on Fourth Street, between Market and Gay Streets in Denton. Free demonstrations and activities from a variety of artists are held the second Saturday of every month from 2-4 p.m. Events will typically be held either at The Foundry community arts gallery (401 Market St.), FACES (7 N. Fourth St.) or at the Community Demonstration Garden (behind FACES). Upcoming dates are July 12, and August 9.
